Major changes to the airport for this package:
Contractors have been very busy constructing Annette Island International Airport. They have overlaid the 5,709 foot gravel runway 2/20 with new asphalt, added a large asphalt parking area for the visiting Boeing jets (as well as anyone else happening by), and added precision ILS instrumentation to runways 12/30.
